Templates

PredictiveWorks. considers answering predictive questions an important business process for data-driven companies. Business templates are structured and reusable information assets to describe and control these processes.

Overview

PredictiveWorks. Template Studio is a graphical point-and-click editor to visually build or update all facets of business templates without writing any line of code:

Business Cases

Business cases describe business problems, associated predictive questions, risks and desired outputs. They define the top level business context for any data pipeline.

The Template Studio allows to visually create new business cases or reuse and adjust existing ones. Before starting from ground up, it is always recommended to search for similar cases.

Business Tasks

Almost no business problem or predictive question can be solved by a single data pipeline. Business reality proves that each business case comes with multiple tasks. A business task represents a certain functional asset and intermediate step to reach a desired business prediction.

The absolute minimum of tasks covers at least model building and prediction.

The Template Studio allows to visually create new tasks or reuse and adjust existing ones. Declared tasks are used to organize cases by leveraging the point-and-click editor.

Blueprints

Blueprints define reusable data pipelines that can be built from ground up or by reusing and adjusting existing ones. They represent technical solutions of business tasks.

The Template Studio allows to visually orchestrate and configure pipelines from a collection of 200+ code-free plugins. Then declared blueprints can be assigned to business tasks.

Predictive Process

Business templates describe all phases of the predictive business process from high-level problem definition to technical problem solving in a single structured information assets.

PredictiveWorks. Template Studio offers the respective business process editor. It removes the need for software development from the predictive analytics process and therefore drastically reduces costs, risks and skill-based bottlenecks.
